Seller Terms
If you are listing items on BIN-GO for auction, you agree to the following terms:
Listing Items
You are responsible for providing accurate descriptions and photographs of your auction items. BIN-GO reserves the right to remove any listings that violate our policies.
- All items must be accurately described with clear, recent photographs
- Prohibited items may not be listed under any circumstances
- Listing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
- You must disclose any known defects or issues with the item
Payment for Items Sold
Once an auction closes and payment is received, we will process the payment for the items sold, minus any applicable fees.
- Payments are processed within 3-5 business days after successful buyer payment
- Standard commission rate of 10% applies to all successful auctions
- Additional payment processing fees may apply
- You must provide accurate payment information for disbursement
Shipping Requirements
As a seller, you are responsible for shipping sold items promptly and securely.
- Items must be shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation
- You must provide valid tracking information
- Shipping costs must be clearly stated in your listing
- International shipping must comply with all applicable laws
Prohibited Seller Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension:
- Shill bidding (placing bids on your own items)
- Misrepresenting items or their condition
- Failing to deliver sold items
- Attempting to complete transactions outside of BIN-GO
Seller Agreement
By listing items on BIN-GO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Seller Terms. Violations may result in account suspension, legal action, or both.
